However, the foundations for a family long relationship with olive oil had been laid over 60 years earlier thanks to Charilaos‘ grandfather, on those very estates. 8:26 Histories was created to take extra virgin olive oil one step further, to create a product superior to excellent. Modern means and innovative methods are utilized in such a way that the nutrients, flavours and aromas are rendered fully representative enhancing both the experience and the benefits.
