60 Day Returns Policy

Take the risk out of trying new products and unsold items.

Our risk-free 60-day returns policy allows you to order items, try them out, and return what doesn’t sell or you don’t want to keep.

Eligibility:

• Returns are only applicable for your initial purchase with a vendor.
• The 60 days are calculated from the order placement date.
• Items must be in unused, resalable condition and in the original packaging.
• Underwear and swimwear cannot be returned.

Return Processing: If you are from the UK or US, and your order meets all of the above requirements, simply complete the returns form below to have your shipping arranged for you free of charge. If you are from another of our regions, please arrange your shipping and process your return from the Order tab of your dashboard.

Refunds: If the order has been paid in full you will receive a voucher for the total value of the returned goods, once they are received and verified. Please note this is not a cash refund.
If you paid using credit terms, this will be reflected as a credit note to the existing balance. The updated balance will show what is remaining to be paid by the invoice due date.

This does not affect your statutory rights in connection with faulty items.

Please note that we only offer free returns from the UK and the US. Free returns are not currently available from EU brands.
