Rose has a long culinary history and is enjoying something of a revival - especially in baking and cocktails. Our Rose Spice Drops are more intense than rosewater and less overpowering than rose oil. They are perfect for food and drink where you want flavour and not perfume. Great taste award Winner! Spice Drops are concentrated extracts that retain all the natural goodness and authentic taste of the herbs, fruits and flowers. No artificial colourings. No artificial preservatives. No artificial flavourings. Ratio : 1 drop = ½ tsp rosewater. Ingredients: Emulsifier - polysorbate 80, rose extract (17%), geranium extract, Rhodiola, geraniol, and palmarosa extract. Why Not Try? Rose-Scented Peaches: Bring 100ml sugar syrup and 10 Rose Spice Drops to a simmer in a small saucepan. Add two halved peaches and poach for 5 mins.
