Diameter of each ball approx. 3.5 cm, NOT perfect balls due to manual work. In traditional Chinese medicine, the balls are used to activate the reflex zones on the palms of the hands. By rotating them, they are massaged and the circulation, metabolism and organs are activated. The uniform movement increases the harmonization of the brain and improves the ability to concentrate. It also has a balancing effect on high blood pressure, calms and helps to reduce stress. Using the balls also increases the mobility, dexterity and fine motor skills of the fingers. The arm, shoulder and hand muscles are strengthened and relaxed. Constant exercise helps to alleviate symptoms of arthrosis, polyarthritis or rheumatism. The first ball on the fingers (ball one), the second (ball two) on the palm of the hand. In this position, bend the joint of the middle and ring fingers and press ball one towards the thumb. When it touches the thumb, lower the remaining fingers so that ball two rolls towards the fingers. Press ball one with the thumb to the left towards the wrist and ball two with the middle and ring fingers towards the thumb. It is advisable to start with an initial exercise time of 5 minutes and then increase this to 10 minutes if the muscles are trained.
