If you've tried a latin-american curtido you'll love this slightly spice and flavoured-packed kraut! Eat me with... quesadillas, salads, burritos, chilli or (and we highly recommend this) straight from the jar. Once opened, push down on contents with a clean spoon or fork to allow brine to cover the vegetables.
