About the colour: Oxenaar Lighthouse purple. Robert Oxenaar (1929 – 2017) was a Dutch graphic artist, born in The Hague. In 1953 he graduated with honor at the Royal Academy of Art in his home town. Oxenaar was responsible for the revolutionary design of the Sunflower (50), the 'Snip' (100) and Lighthouse (250) banknotes which were internationally celebrated as the most beautiful and least counterfeited money in the world. The Dutch were extremely fond of the colourful banknotes and very sad when they were replaced by the Euro in 2002.
The posters are printed on off-white Biotop 250 gr paper (FSC/TCF), the cards on 300 gr, with a sustainable printing technique and a minimum waste of inks.
All packaging materials are made of recycled cardboard.
