Conchae (n) - a general term for shells of large snails whose shell has a high spire and a noticeable siphonal canal. Each shell featured on this print has been hand painted in watercolour by artist Maddie Chambers before being digitally printed in the UK onto 150gsm recycled paper with eco-friendly inks. For a vintage book plate feel, the species of each shell has been noted underneath in calligraphy. The perfect addition to an art collection or gallery wall, or great for adding a striking focus to a room on its own. This art print is packaged with a thick cardboard backing board hand-stamped with the Also the Bison logo in a clear compostable plastic pocket. Prints are sold in packs of 3 of each design.
