While there are no hard set rules, our unique matcha varieties are best enjoyed as lattes rather than with water alone. All our matcha are made of tea leaves grown in full sun, unshaded, with all the veins and fine stems intact. This results in an extremely bitter tea when mixed purely with water; however, when combined with whole milk or creamy oat milk, they are possibly the most flavorful & delicious tea lattes you will taste! Our farmers chose to create these full-sun matcha because of the intensity of the resulting flavor and nutrients. This is also in line with the Wild Orchard way of doing things: wild, regenerative, organic, and processed as little as possible.

LATTE RECIPE

• Whisk 2-3 teaspoons matcha in a few Tablespoons water until completely smooth
• Add 1 cup whole milk or creamy oat milk
• Stir in maple syrup to your liking
  

*Can be enjoyed hot or cold.
