Ammonoidea (n) - Ammonoids are a group of extinct species of marine mollusc animals. They are excellent index fossils, and can be used to date geological formations. Each fossil featured on this card has been hand drawn in pencil by artist Maddie Chambers before being digitally printed in the UK onto thick, 300gsm card using eco-friendly inks. The front has a glossy water-based coating while the back remains matte to give it that authentic seaside souvenir feel. Our A6 postcards are a popular impulse buy.
